“Atlantis-Pak Co. Ltd.” presents a new service for clients using AMICEL, AMIPAK and AMILUX casings. The frankfurter casings, intended to be used on automatic equipment, can be supplied now, if required, in shirred sticks with a tied knot at one end.
Due to this innovation even the first sausage becomes completely formed while stuffing. Thus, it excludes necessity of manual stuffing by pressing the minced meat out of the initial casing piece. It allows you to save the casing’s consumption as well as total production time.
When ordering this additional service above for AMICEL, AMIPAK and AMILUX casings, you should bear in mind that the shirred casings with a tied knot can be used on automatic fillers. According to classification by Atlantis-Pak Co. Ltd. these casings are type A.
